Sidebar Spark: The AI Product Leaders Summit 🚀

Sidebar Spark recently brought together a focused, senior cohort of product, design, and technology leaders, cementing its position as a must-attend event for those defining the AI Product era. This wasn't just a conference; it was a gathering of the people responsible for turning AI experimentation into enterprise-scale reality.

The Agenda: Scaling AI, Accelerating Leadership

The primary motivation for attendees was clear: practical application of AI and accelerating leadership growth. The stated goals clustered around high-impact, strategic themes:

Notice that “job” wasn’t in the top 5. Maybe that’s the special spice that made the conference feel less transactional and more group learning.

Who Was There? A Senior, High-Impact Cohort

The Sidebar Spark community is defined by its seniority and influence. I didn’t bother with tallying the roles because let’s face it, roles are only important when you’ve not had enough experience. As an aside the label “Senior” mostly means average age was about 45.

But if you’re really curious here’s a best guess glimpse of the make up my fellow conference attendees:

pie chart with Estimated Race/Ethnicity	Count	Percentage White	16	44.4% Asian	12	33.3% Hispanic/Latino	4	11.1% Black/African American	2	5.6% Other/Mixed	2	5.6% TOTAL	36	100.0%

Organizational Presence 🏢

The conference saw a significant representation from global tech and e-commerce giants. I’ve plotted the headquarters of said companies as a courtesy to the attendees identities:
