Anja brings 25 of expertise in digital data products, and 3 years in coaching, marrying rigorous analytical skills with a genuine passion for helping clients discover their untapped potential.

My Journey to Coaching

Initially, I didn't realize that my approach to managing people—engaging with them as whole individuals—was key to unlocking their potential. It was through understanding and caring for all aspects in each of my team members that I saw them achieve more and thrive. This revelation showed me the importance of individual, holistic engagement and was the inspiration to coaching.

In the trenches of tech, I discovered that addressing the full spectrum of an individual's needs leads to optimized teams and profound personal growth. This experience ignited my passion for helping others realize their potential beyond their professional roles.

Transformative Coaching Experience

  • My coaching training and certification are from the prestigious UC Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, accredited ACC ICF coach and member of the International Coaching Federation and the Institute of Coaching at Mass General Brigham. I am a certified Level 1 Leadership Circle practitioner.

    I have a BSc in Medicine and MSc in Computer Science from New York University. I am also active in non-profits focusing on AI and an instructor at Stanford University for Data Visualization with Python and assist other AI courses.
